Nina is a more than 10-year experienced specialist of pharmaceutical law, whose professional achievements are recognized at the highest level – Nina is a Member of Medical Devise Expert Council of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation and the Head of Healthcare Commission of Russian Lawyers Association.

Nina specializes in advising Russian and international companies on pharmaceutical regulatory issues, and provides legal support in disputes.

Nina graduated from Volgograd State University (Law School).

Before starting her private practice, Nina worked for such companies as Merrill Lynch (Bank of America), Novartis, Johnson& Johnson, Pepeliaev Group, Goltsblat BLP, Teva and Sanofi.

  • Representing Teva Company in a precedential court case that transformed pharmaceutical industry (Teva vs Federal Antimonopoly Service)
  • Advising an international pharmaceutical company on orphan drugs & vaccine regulation
  • Analysis of patient access to medicines and developing proposals for such access improvement and optimization of the then regulatory framework
  • Making expert opinions on new pricing regulation developments and their impact on business
  • Advising an international pharmaceutical company on localization projects (RX portfolio) with Russian partners
  • Reviewing high cost drugs financing rules within the of compulsory medical insurance program (analysis of the legal framework, developing proposals to improve the then legal framework, communication with experts at the federal level, developing tools and algorithms for regional teams)
  • Advising a Russian distributor of an international pharmaceutical company on issues connected with distribution activity in Russia
  • Representing Russian businessmen in litigation connected with corporate liability
