Alisa participates in a range of corporate matters such as legal support of business operations in Russia and abroad as well as corporate reorganisations. In addition, she takes part in the pre-court settlement of commercial disputes and represents clients in Russian courts. She has experience on matters related to subsidiary liability in bankruptcy procedures.
Experience
- Advising a Russian entrepreneur on the launch of a mobile aggregator of automotive services, including carwash, car repair, tow track, car accident manager and others
- Conducting a legal due diligence of a wood processing plant
- Advising a Russian investor on the acquisition of gold assets in Ethiopia and on the establishment of a joint venture with Israeli partners
- Advising a US producer of medical devices for image guided cancer therapy in a joint project with a Russian partner for the development, production and distribution of medical equipment in Russia
- Advising a Russian company on structuring its business of medical assistance programmes (such as annual health check-up, telemedicine healthcare services and doctor home visits) and insurance programmes
- Advising a Russian bank on subsidiary liability in bankruptcy procedures
- Advising a Czech company on matters concerning setting up its presence and conducting business in Russia
