- Advising IBE Kft, an investment company of American billionaire Alexander Rovt on the acquisition of shares in a medical centre located in Russia from Russian and US sellers; the medical centre was founded by Ms Elena Malysheva, a doctor famous for her TV shows on the Russian television
- Advising Inline Technologies Group, a diversified IT holding on the sale of In-Tech, a Russian supplier of cash management technologies to banking and retail sectors, to Glory Global Solutions, including drafting English law transaction documentation
- Advising Seatrek Trans, a shipping company based in Singapore on the establishment of an office in Russia. Our work included advice on possible options for the establishment of Russian operations and their tax implications, the preparation and filing of necessary documents to the Russian authorities
- Advising MD Events, a British events company, on closing down its Russian operations based in St Petersburg, including the termination of local employees, settling outstanding tax obligations and winding up the Russian subsidiary
- Advising AXA Assistance on the company's activities in Russia
- Representing seven individuals, holders of the credit notes of the Bank "TRUST", in the disputes in courts of general jurisdiction
- Advising HSH Nordbank on the loan for the € 49 million to the Raven Russia for the construction of a A class warehouse complex in the Moscow region
- Advising investors on buying and selling of shares of a number of Russian banks
- Consulting the International Finance Corporation on a matter of issuance a loan of US $ 119 million for the "Evrosib" company for the construction of logistics terminals
- Advising the Sberbank of Russia on several bilateral loans to Russian companies in total more than US $ 1 billion in question of refinancing their debts to other creditors
