NYZ Partners and TA Legal Consulting merged their teams to provide comprehensive legal support to clients requiring a narrow specialization and in-depth industry knowledge.
Marat Agabalyan and Ivan Tertychny from TA Legal Consulting have many years of experience in supporting corporate and investment projects, and also deal with the resolution of commercial disputes in Russia and abroad.
NYZ Partners, Alexander Novak and Alexey Yanbukhtin, have a unique expertise in the aviation industry and specialize in legal support of transactions on financing and leasing of aviation and other transport assets, including sea and river vessels. Alexander also advises clients in the telecommunications and oil & gas sectors.
Alla Zverkova, a partner at NYZ Partners, advises corporate and private clients on Russian and international tax issues, providing tax support on selected projects of other practices.
Legal support to clients of the merged teams on issues of English law, as well as on issues of sanctions regulation is provided by Ivan Tertychny, a partner of TA Legal Consulting, who is admitted to practice as a solicitor of England and Wales.
