Ivan is a Russian and English law qualified lawyer who has advised clients on raising finance, corporate law matters and commercial contracts for over ten years in transactions ranging from $3 million to $20 billion.

Partner
Marat specialises in dispute resolution and investment projects in Russia and abroad. In addition, he has extensive experience in employment and immigration law and personal data protection matters.

Marat also regularly assists clients with structuring and documenting investment projects, including construction projects, share and asset sales (including real estate), and the establishment of joint ventures.
