On 5 October 2021 Marat Agabalyan and Ivan Tertychny, partners of TA Legal Consulting Law Firm, held a webinar on "The similarities and differences of the basic contractual structures in English law. Issues in Choice of International Arbitration".
The webinar was organized by the partner of CONTINENTAL Law Firm Eldar Babayev. The webinar was held within the program conducted by the Chamber Legal Education Committee "KAZAKHSTAN BAR ASSOCIATION", which is co-chaired by Eldar Babayev.
The webinar was attended by leading lawyers in Kazakhstan.
