- Advising a Russian legal entity / entrepreneur on structuring of a transaction aimed at acquisition of corporate control in an air carrier, including development of a set of documents for such transaction
- Legal support of mining companies in Ethiopia upon requests of a Russian investor, including, bringing corporate and internal documents of the companies to the international standards
- Advising a Russian investor on acquisition of corporate control in a UK company, whose branch is engaged into exploration of gold deposits in Ethiopia, including Due Diligence of the assets to be acquired
